My good friend David Kelly made this watercolor painting for my birthday. Isn’t it sweet? David is the creator of Steven Comics and co-editor of the Boy Trouble series. It’s not so bad getting another year older when you get something super cool like this. Thanks David! (Click on the image to see it bigger.)

Summer News

adminSpoilsportLeave a Comment

Hi! I hope you are having a nice summer. Here’s some of what’s going on with me.

1. NEW SPOILSPORT: PETO!
The multi-talented Peto came all the way from his home in Portland, OR last month to play two shows with my band Spoilsport. He was a huge hit playing guitar and singing in New York and Boston. Now he’ll be switching coasts the first of August and he’ll be playing with us from now on. Besides being an impressive musician Peto’s also a talented hair stylist and graphic designer. Please come out to our shows this August and give Peto a big welcome.

2. SUMMER SPOILSPORT SHOWS!
Spoilsport will be playing at The Abbey in the Boston area August 9th along with The Moonbats and more. Then Spoilsport goes to Brooklyn to play The Trash Bar August 27th. These are new venues for us so come out and support us at these shows. Tell your friends!!

3. SPOILSPORT SIDE PROJECT
I’m also moonlighting in another band, Esker Moraine. Spoilsport drummer Jon plays drums and I play keyboards(!). Esker Moraine plays @ PA’s Lounge in Somerville July 20th. That’s next Thursday! Be sure to check out the new Esker Moraine web site and to sign up for their mailing list.
