Mural at Greenward

I recently completed a new mural at Greenward, Cambridge, MA’s friendly neighborhood eco-boutique that just moved to a bigger and brighter location at 1764 Massachusetts Avenue. To celebrate the opening of the new store, they are throwing a grand opening shindig today, (Thursday March 12, 2009). Everything will be 15% off during the party– and they will have treats from like-minded local businesses: beer provided by Peak Organic and pizza brought to you by our neighbor Stone Hearth Pizza. See you there! [display_podcast]

Hey Kids! New Comics!

I have comics in two anthologies that are debuting at APE (Alternative Press Expo) this weekend in San Francisco. If you happen to be going be sure to check out Sidewalk Bump #2 a collection of skateboarding comics edited by Dan Moynihan. It will be available at the Turk Street Projects booth (#205). And don’t miss out on the 368-page full color anthology Young Bottoms In Love from Tim Fish and his Poison Press (booths #341-344). It’s a collection of stories from serious to silly—soap to sci-fi. Think romance comics circa 1950 (with such titles as CAREER GIRL ROMANCES and SECRETS OF YOUNG BRIDES) with a modern gay sensibility.
